District Manager, Pain - Dallas

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow district sales performance for the Dallas district (TX, OK, AR) to meet/exceed annual sales and market share objectives; execute district sales strategy through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance, sales figures, and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical execution, proper use of funds, systems, tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach/counsel direct reports to drive high performance and accountability and support professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures; maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices across the district; liaise with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Apply organizational change management tools as needed.
- Exercise fiscal control of allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (equivalent education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60β70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid driverβs license; acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare product sales experience.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000 - $222,000.
