Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute district sales strategy through the team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; coordinate disciplinary actions with Sales Director and HR up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance using sales figures and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure business is conducted in compliance with Company policies and uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share “Best Practices” across the district; act as liaison to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment emphasizing professional development and accountability; drive immediate results with a strategic view.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (equivalent combination considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience, medical devices, or other healthcare products sales experience.

Salary Range:
- $148,000 – $222,000.
