Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction within the geography; implement the district sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information as required.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team performance and sales/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness measures (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to drive high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Conduct business in compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures; ensure sales representatives’ compliance; demonstrate high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share “Best Practices” across the district; liaise with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment; eliminate barriers; drive immediate results with a long-term strategic view.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director guidance to sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (education/experience combination considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (preferred); medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Salary Range:
- $148,000 - $222,000
