District Manager, Neuroscience Southwest Territory

Role: District Manager, Neuroscience, responsible for leading a sales team in the Southwest Territory (Tucson, Albuquerque, El Paso) to drive high-impact customer interactions and achieve sales targets for Johnson & Johnson's neuroscience portfolio, including neuropsychiatric and neurologic disorders. Responsibilities: develop and execute customer-driven district strategies, supervise and coach sales specialists, manage staffing, performance, and budgets, foster cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Marketing, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MS/MBA/PhD preferred), 6+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or related roles, valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 50%, and experience in cross-functional leadership, coaching, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. Preferred: experience in neuroscience, large account management, reimbursement dynamics, team management, and proficiency with emerging technologies such as AI. High-Value: neuroscience therapeutic area, neuropsychiatric and neurologic disorders, portfolio includes multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism; emphasis on customer engagement, demand generation, and compliance. Work setup: field-based with travel; requires relocation or residence within the territory.
