District Manager, Migraine - Asheville, North Carolina

Role: Field Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic area for AbbVie's portfolio, including immunology, oncology, and neuroscience products. Responsibilities: coordinate in-field activities, develop and execute district sales plans, monitor progress, coach and develop sales representatives, and collaborate with internal teams for strategic planning. Requires mastery of product and disease state knowledge, understanding of market dynamics including Managed Care, and effective team leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or relevant industry experience; strong sales analysis, planning, and decision-making skills; ability to articulate therapeutic product information; experience in coaching and team development; and relevant HCIR credentialing. Preferred: experience in biopharma sales, knowledge of immunology, oncology, or neuroscience markets, and familiarity with healthcare regulations.
