Role Summary
District Manager β Buy & Bill Environment. Lead in-field commercial teams in specialized therapeutic areas (Prostate Cancer/Urology and OB/GYN), driving district sales growth and implementing the District Sales Plan within a Buy & Bill environment across multiple states. Field-based role requiring proximity to a primary city and major airport.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate commercial teams to achieve district sales goals.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture focused on teamwork and shared success.
- Create, implement, and communicate District Sales Plans; monitor progress and adapt as needed.
- Operate effectively in Buy & Bill environments across both large institutions and private practices.
- Apply expertise in disease states, including Prostate Cancer/Urology and OB/GYN.
- Coordinate in-field activities to achieve targets. Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive both top- and bottom-line results.
- Ensure smooth, collaborative efforts in both daily operations and long-term business execution. Set the tone and pace for business processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Understand and present market and franchise/business perspectives when leading teams and championing in-field meetings, by developing mastery of product and disease state information, as well as relevant market dynamics, including the managed care landscape.
- Coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance individual skills and elevate overall team performance. Hold direct reports accountable for behaviors and performance expectations.
- Provide direction and insights to key internal partners during the business planning process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- Strong business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.
- Proven leadership experience, previous field leadership experience is preferred. Must be in good standing with safety and compliance standards, currently meeting performance expectations, and effectively demonstrating leadership attributes.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrated ability to provide candid, effective feedback, efficiently manage performance, and develop talent for promotional opportunities.
- Proven ability to foster a culture of winning and full team engagement.
- HCIR credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations in the territory; in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials.
- Valid driverβs license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and compliance with safe driving requirements.
