Role Summary
District Manager, Immunology Dermatology (North Florida) at Janssen Biotech, Inc. Leads a regional team to achieve sales objectives for Dermatology products within the immunology portfolio and drives regional strategy within the district.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, develop and lead a team towards attaining sales objectives for Dermatology products within the Janssen Biotech, Inc. portfolio
- Shape the business strategically while operating within an assigned budget
- Drive district vision, create team culture, manage performance, develop and motivate people and teams, demonstrate product attributes, build customer relationships, and achieve sales quotas
- Collaborate with partners and work in the field with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Required: A valid Driverβs License in one of the 50 United States
- Required: Ability to travel up to 60%
- Required: Reside within the geography or within close proximity (less than 30 miles) or be willing to relocate
- Required: Minimum of five (5) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience selling FDA approved products to licensed healthcare professionals
- Preferred: Lives within District geography
- Preferred: Participation and/or completion of a J&J Management Development Program or prior management experience
- Preferred: Management and/or supervisory experience
- Preferred: Knowledge/experience in Dermatology and/or Immunology fields
