District Manager

Role: District Manager leading and developing a sales team for Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran, focusing on rare cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities: recruit, coach, and build a high-performance sales team; manage district sales targets, analyze performance data, and optimize territory execution; ensure compliance and operational excellence; collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, access, marketing, and medical affairs; drive launch readiness and account engagement; manage district budgets and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Requirements: minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; prior leadership or mentoring preferred; experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas highly desirable; proven coaching, motivation, and team development skills.
