District Manager

Role: District Manager leading sales team for Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapeutics launch, including Plozasiran for cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities: recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales reps; manage district sales targets, analyze performance data, and optimize execution; ensure territory planning, prescriber engagement, and launch readiness; collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, market access, marketing, and medical affairs; ensure compliance and manage budgets. Requirements: minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred; background in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas highly desirable; proven success in launch or high-growth environments.
