Role Summary
District Business Leader (Addiction) – Southeast. Reports to the Senior Regional Sales Director (SRD). Leads a team of Territory Business Managers representing a long-acting injectable therapy for addiction treatment across the Southeast District.
Responsibilities
- Identify and hire an exceptional sales team for the Southeast District.
- Inspire and motivate a high-performing, results-oriented team.
- Provide clear direction and coaching to Territory Business Managers.
- Collaborate in the field with the sales team to identify needs and opportunities and execute successful sales meetings as needed.
- Establish high work standards and ensure the team operates in accordance with all company policies.
