Role Summary

Distric t Business Manager I-Ecosystem - Northern Colorado will develop and lead health system sales teams in the execution of sales strategies within targeted Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) accounts. Interfaces with Health System Account Executives. Manages, trains, and develops direct reports, while managing district budgets and executing district IDN business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Administration: Continuously improve knowledge of the CM Sales portfolio, competitive products, and management skills through ongoing home study and company-sponsored training programs.
  • Business Planning: Execute IDN level account targeting strategy; manage district and regional resource allocation; align with Regional Account Managers on health systems strategy and insights; own district/territory business approach with Regional Account Managers; oversee account assessment activities; identify program/service requirements and coordinate with home office for program development; manage execution of the regional business plan; monitor district program effectiveness and performance; oversee IDN account relationships and set relationship development objectives for regional staff.
  • Compliance: Adhere to policies regarding physician samples and stock items; ensure timely transmission of metrics; monitor internal systems usage.
  • Execution Of CM Sales Goals And Objectives: Coordinate to attain regional business plan objectives; ensure contractual requirements are met; ensure alignment of programs with internal stakeholders; oversee regional coordination of resources.
  • Facilitates Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders for organizational alignment; communicate regional activity of competitive products; develop and monitor budgets; submit administrative requirements; implement and monitor adherence to policies; evaluate use of regional resources to meet sales goals; review expense reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and/or PharmD required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business and build strategies reflecting marketplace trends and customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with specialty customers and key opinion leaders
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license

Education

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and/or PharmD required

  • Driver must maintain a valid driver’s license and be in good standing (based on Motor Vehicle Records)
