Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine administrative activities (e.g., procurement, document retention) and/or physical tasks involved in picking, shipping, receiving, storing, inventory control, and distributing Gilead products/inventory.
- Input movement/handling information into a computerized inventory system; organize and maintain accurate warehouse and distribution records.
- Perform basic transactions associated with warehouse/distribution processes through internal and external computer systems.
- Adhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPs.
- Escalate deviations in process or product to supervisor to ensure on-time delivery and return of rejected/unsuitable orders.
- Notify relevant departments as items are received, shipped, or processed.
- Physically examine incoming/outgoing shipments, products, or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork.
- Identify and record deviations; escalate to supervisor.
- Perform/operate machinery for routine physical handling (assembling packaging, affixing shipping labels, moving shipments).
- May support warehouse projects related to process improvement or asset management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associateβs degree & 1+ years relevant experience; OR
- High school diploma & 2+ years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate to FETAC level 6 (GSL)
- Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice
- Basic knowledge of cGMPs
- Able to perform routine transactions using an ERP system
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with class 1 or 2 power equipment usage
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable): $55,930.00 - $72,380.00; may include discretionary annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
