Primary objectives include leading safety, quality, and productivity improvements, implementing process enhancements, and supporting Lean Six Sigma cost savings. Responsibilities encompass staffing deployment, task prioritization, and leading Lean Management Tier meetings. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; minimum 3 years in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing leadership, preferably in private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s in supply chain, business, or engineering, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Skills in team building, conflict resolution, data analysis, and warehouse process knowledge are beneficial. High-Value: Leadership in distribution/manufacturing, experience supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, working in a regulated environment, and familiarity with warehouse operations.
