Position Summary:
Senior Distribution Analyst, primary owner for customer-facing distribution execution and outbound operations across key US distribution centers.

Position Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day outbound operational support (order fulfillment, shipment readiness, dock activity, carrier handoffs, issue escalation).
- Perform daily delivery monitoring and open delivery reviews to identify aging deliveries, delayed pick/pack activity, blocked orders, shipment discrepancies, and risks.
- Lead resolution of delivery blocks, delivery push requests, zero-pick investigations, and warehouse cancellations (root cause, align owners, document, drive closure).
- Act as customer service escalation point for order/delivery issues, partial shipments, cancellations, and urgent customer needs.
- Monitor and resolve outbound SAP IDOC issues to reduce recurring errors and support accurate system transactions.
- Support Value Added Services (VAS) readiness/execution, inventory availability, labeling/packaging requirements, exception management, and reconciliation.
- Support HVR/LVR processes (monitor activity, resolve exceptions, ensure prioritization and timely execution).
- Support product complaint returns/OZ requests (coordinate return authorization, track to closure, escalate delays/documentation gaps).
- Optimize distribution processes; analyze logistics/warehousing/delivery performance; investigate and resolve shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree or below equivalent experience, preferably in business or supply chain.
- Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, and/or supply chain management.
- Analytics tools/techniques; ability to interpret data for trends, root causes, and decisions.
- Knowledge of fulfillment/warehouse operations and WMS (including external 3PL WMS).
- Extensive knowledge of SAP, S/4, JDA, and related distribution/supply chain systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
