Role: Executive Director, Product Development Team (PDT) Lead in Oncology, responsible for leading clinical research on thoracic oncology drugs, including strategy, trial design, execution, analysis, and regulatory submission. Responsibilities: manage clinical development lifecycle, oversee cross-functional teams, evaluate preclinical data, develop development strategies, monitor trials, author development documents, and collaborate with external investigators and stakeholders. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD, at least 3 years in clinical medicine, 5+ years in drug development, industry experience in thoracic oncology, strong scientific publication record, and clinical research expertise. Preferred: Board certified/eligible in oncology or hematology, prior clinical research experience, and publication history. High-Value: thoracic oncology, biologics or small molecules, clinical stages including IND and Phase 1-3, cross-functional stakeholder engagement including regulatory, medical, and commercial teams, with approximately 25% travel. Work setup: hybrid, US-based, with domestic travel.
