Role: IT Business Analyst supporting early drug discovery data initiatives within Bristol Myers Squibb's Molecular Invention Data Product Team. Responsibilities: collaborate with research stakeholders to gather scientific and data workflow requirements, translate needs into user stories and technical specifications, support data collection and validation, and maintain metadata and documentation to enhance data interoperability and FAIR practices. Engage in stakeholder communication, validate data solutions, and contribute to process improvements with a focus on AI-informed research in early biology, preclinical, and molecular invention domains. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in life sciences, informatics, or relevant technical field; 2+ years in data analysis, business analysis, or scientific data roles; familiarity with pharmaceutical research workflows, molecular invention areas like biologics, sequencing, or protein engineering; strong communication and analytical skills; experience with data governance, platforms, or models preferred.
