Responsibilities include partnering with Bioscience Leads to drive project execution, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The role involves planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging AI tools for project enhancement, with a focus on advancing LVV-based CAR-T, LNP, autologous, and allogeneic cell therapies from preclinical to decision points. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or drug discovery settings, with strong understanding of autoimmune biology and cell therapy modalities. Preferred skills include advanced degrees (PhD, MSc, MBA), experience in CAR-T/LNP, portfolio management systems, and AI applications in project management. High-value specifics: focus on early discovery programs in cell therapy, with responsibilities spanning from pre-Target Selection to transition into global product teams. Collaboration with scientific leaders, global regions, and project transfer to commercial teams are integral. The position is based on a hybrid model, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration at least three days a week.
