Role: Participate in AbbVie's Accounting & Finance Immersion program aimed at undergraduate students interested in Finance and Accounting careers. Responsibilities: Engage in interactive learning experiences across key accounting and finance areas, develop professional networks, and explore career paths. Requirements: Pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2028 and August 2030; strong interest in Finance/Accounting; proficiency in MS Office; leadership experience; minimum GPA of 3.00. Preferred qualifications include coursework in cost or managerial accounting, data visualization, analytics, or related minors; higher GPA (3.50+); prior internship experience; and familiarity with data analysis tools. High-Value: Focused on early-career development, targeted at students with emerging skills in data visualization, analytics, and accounting; no specific biopharma or therapeutic area involvement, as this is an internship program.
