Role: Director, WW Autoimmune Cell Therapy Medical Affairs, leads global medical strategy for early CAR T assets targeting autoimmune diseases, with a focus on autologous therapies. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies, align cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and HEOR; oversee external scientific engagements; support medical education and stakeholder collaboration; shape evidence generation plans including investigator-sponsored research; incorporate patient insights into planning. Requirements: advanced scientific or medical degree (e.g., MD, DO, PhD, PharmD); 5+ years in pharma/biopharma or clinical practice; strong understanding of drug development, cell therapy, and autoimmune indications; proven leadership in matrix environments; excellent communication, strategic, and organizational skills. Preferred: experience with early-stage cell therapies, autoimmune diseases, global stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
