Director, Value Realization Finance

Role: Lead the Value Realization Office (VRO) process for transformational initiatives within biotech projects, ensuring measurable value delivery across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: define success metrics, establish baseline methodologies, facilitate intake and governance activities, monitor and evaluate realized value against objectives, and drive consistent value measurement practices across functions. Requirements: Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related; extensive experience in finance, strategic planning, or transformation; proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. Preferred: advanced degree, senior leadership finance partnership, global project management, and experience in highly matrixed or regulated environments.
