Role Summary

Director, Value, Evidence & Outcomes Liaison (VEOL) – Northeast & East Central. Serve as the interface between Arcellx and population-based decision makers to accelerate patient access and transform healthcare delivery through actionable health economic and outcomes research and real-world evidence to support drug development and access decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and utilize clinical, value, and outcomes evidence including observational research, comparative effectiveness, and economic data to address customer needs.
  • Synthesize, communicate, and translate complex information into transparent, relevant, objective, and actionable insights for value-based decision makers.
  • Collaborate with population-based decision makers within an assigned geographic healthcare ecosystem to understand and address information needs.
  • Develop and execute the RWE/HEOR strategy with internal and field-based partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Share expertise with customers as a trusted resource on disease state, products, health outcomes research, quality measures, healthcare policy, technology assessment, economic dynamics, and real-world evidence.
  • Establish valued relationships with decision makers within assigned accounts at hospital and payer levels.
  • Build and maintain understanding of access landscape, including formulary inclusion, pathway development, payer medical policy coverage, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate access insights into account planning.
  • Apply knowledge to facilitate collaborative research and influence evidence generation and strategic efforts.
  • Share customer insights and evidence needs internally to influence strategic efforts; build proactive RWE/HEOR relationships for innovative collaborations.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge in a dynamic healthcare ecosystem; stay abreast of policy, regulatory actions, and environmental trends relevant to US value-based decision makers.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on disease states, HEOR/RWE, value-based care, payer perspectives, and access/reimbursement policy.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) and 7+ years in a scientific or health-related field, including oncology/hematology and field-based customer-facing roles.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and value-based decision makers.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate study findings on clinical and HEOR topics.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex scientific information clearly.
  • Experience with or supporting value-based decision makers.
  • Experience in data analytics and/or HEOR research/application.
  • Expertise in HEOR, including observational and pharmacoeconomic research; experience with real-world data, AMCP dossiers, FDAMA 114, and pharmacoeconomic models.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% to cover the assigned geography.
