Role Summary
- Supports value evidence outcomes research plans and real-world evidence activities for pipeline products to meet value evidence needs of clinicians, payers, policymakers, HTA/reimbursement agencies, and health systems globally.
Responsibilities and Primary Activities
- Partner with Medical Affairs to develop, execute, and deliver the Value and Implementation (V&I) plan.
- Help achieve/sustain reimbursement and market access for responsible oncology program/indications.
- Assess drivers/barriers to reimbursement and market access; provide input into clinical, regulatory, payer/access, marketing, and evidence generation strategies.
- Design studies; author protocols; develop measurement questionnaires/case report forms/data analysis plans; produce study reports, presentations, and publications.
- Manage study contracting, budgets, and vendors; ensure alignment with company SOPs and applicable regulations (including GPP where applicable).
- Develop U.S. AMCP dossiers and Global Value Dossiers.
- Develop supplementary clinical data packages for HTA submissions; support country affiliates with local evidence needs and customized documents.
- Communicate outcomes research and health-economic modeling data internally and externally; maintain awareness of new methods; build relationships with global scientific experts.
- Present at congresses and publish in scientific journals.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 8+ years post-degree experience.
- Experience in the designated therapeutic area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD/MD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD).
- 6+ years post-degree experience.
- Experience with product/indication launch.
