Director, US Payer & Value Marketing

Role: Director of Payer & Value Marketing responsible for leading US payer and value strategy across Kite's cell therapy portfolio, including CAR T therapies. Responsibilities: develop and refine portfolio-level payer strategies, oversee creation of payer-facing value stories, economic models, and tools; coordinate with HEOR, Medical, Commercial, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure evidence-based, compliant, and customer-relevant resources; partner with stakeholders on payer engagement, access, and reimbursement optimization; lead team development, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with 8+ years or comparable experience; deep knowledge of US payer landscape, especially in hematology/oncology or specialty therapies; proven experience in developing payer tools, value propositions, and evidence translation; strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
