Role: Lead US Patient Advocacy & Professional Engagement for a biopharma focused on serious respiratory diseases, with emphasis on Bronchiectasis and NTM Lung Disease. Responsibilities: develop and execute external engagement strategies with patient organizations and medical societies; foster relationships to incorporate patient perspectives into clinical development, health policy, and education initiatives; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Communications teams; represent the company externally at forums and conferences. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 10+ years in patient advocacy or healthcare industry, with deep knowledge of respiratory conditions; experience managing strategic projects, budgets, and stakeholder engagement; excellent communication skills; strong leadership and organizational abilities. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD). High-Value: focus on respiratory diseases, patient-centered development, policy insights, remote work with 10-20% domestic travel. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel. Compensation range: $177K-$242K annually.
