Director, US Medical Promotional Review Cardiovascular

Role: Lead medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials for cardiovascular products, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and balanced communication. Responsibilities: provide medical guidance in review processes, evaluate evidence supporting claims, advise cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial on scientific and regulatory standards, and contribute to process improvements and training. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD); 5-7 years in pharma/healthcare, with direct MLR review experience, preferably in cardiovascular; strong knowledge of clinical trial design, biostatistics, FDA promotion regulations, and real-world evidence interpretation; excellent scientific/medical communication skills. High-Value: cardiovascular (muscle biology), promotional review, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, digital/AI-enabled review enhancements, domestic travel (~10%).
