Director, US Hematology Marketing
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial portfolio strategy and launch readiness for Hematology pipeline assets; partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, R&D, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute brand strategies (market assessment, customer segmentation, positioning/messaging, capability planning, and go-to-market execution) informed by customer insights and market trends.
- Partner with the Associate Vice President using analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research to deliver actionable insights.
- Assess market opportunities, build business cases, and recommend investment priorities to maximize portfolio value and growth.
- Lead critical business initiatives; manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver measurable results.
- Build and enhance commercialization capabilities, processes, and frameworks for multiple product launches.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree such as MBA preferred).
- 8+ years biopharmaceutical experience with expertise in marketing, competitor strategy, launch capabilities, and portfolio strategy.
- Proven success developing asset/portfolio go-to-market strategies; lead growth initiatives using datasets for outside-in perspectives.
- Strong analytical skills (forecasting, competitive intelligence, market research, customer insights, data-driven decision-making).
- Strong relationship-building and collaborative leadership; track record of attracting/developing talent.
- Ability to influence/manage multi-workstreams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience partnering across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Management consulting experience using structured frameworks to drive cross-functional launch readiness.
Preferred
- Hematology experience.
