Position Summary: Director, US Commercial, Cell Therapy Autoimmune—supports US launch preparation for zola-cel (CD19 NEX-T CAR T) in Rheumatology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and delivery of zola-cel launch strategy in Systemic Lupus and Systemic Sclerosis to achieve brand and financial forecasts.
- Develop a differentiated communication platform conveying zola-cel’s value proposition.
- Define and implement initiatives to accelerate zola-cel growth and expand the CAR T class in autoimmune diseases.
- Lead execution of US marketing plans with alignment to global brand objectives and forecasts.
- Develop and implement HCP targeting/segmentation strategies to optimize engagement with CAR T-treating physicians.
- Lead targeting/segmentation for rheumatology community practices.
- Use customer insights, brand performance data, and competitive intelligence to refine strategy.
- Drive planning/execution of senior management reviews and presentations.
- Foster inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years marketing experience; people leadership and in-line brand marketing valued.
- Rheumatology and/or Immunology preferred; Cell Therapy preferred.
- Matrix leadership performance track record; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking; translates insights into marketing.
- Customer relationship management; initiative, creativity; high learning agility and accountability; collaboration across boundaries.
- BS/BA required; MBA/PharmD preferred.
