Role: The Director of U.S. Therapeutic Area Strategies (TAS) leads development and execution of government affairs strategies to enhance access and policy support for AbbVie's oncology and specialty portfolios. Requirements: 10+ years in pharma, healthcare, or public policy, with expertise in government relations, policy analysis, and advocacy; bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced knowledge of healthcare policy, stakeholder engagement, and therapeutic areas relevant to oncology and specialty medicines.
