Role: Senior strategic leader in US Medical Affairs for Liver, focusing on PBC and HDV, responsible for shaping and executing the medical strategy for HCP engagement and education. Responsibilities: develop enterprise medical plans, translate strategies into tactical materials, oversee content creation and governance, and manage lifecycle of liver medical assets. Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, and Clinical, ensuring compliant and impactful scientific communication; lead HDV-specific tactical planning; integrate emerging data into external narratives; and explore digital innovation for medical education. Requirements: advanced healthcare or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with 8+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharma roles, with proven experience in strategy development, content review processes (MRC/MLR), and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: hepatic disease expertise (PBC, viral hepatitis), digital content experience, and 8-12+ years of relevant experience. High-Value: focus on liver diseases, comprising PBC and HDV, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, content governance, and digital engagement; domestic travel up to 30%; leadership in a matrixed environment.
