Position Summary
Director, U.S. HCP Marketing (Admilparant β IPF/PPF)
- Lead and deliver the US Admilparant HCP marketing strategy to prepare for launch in IPF and PPF.
- Translate strategy into execution; build the HCP launch blueprint (timelines, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies, execution milestones) to ensure readiness across messaging, channels, and field enablement.
- Analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to identify prioritized business opportunities and aligned tactics to support launch and early uptake.
- Partner with Medical Affairs and MLR Advisors on the launch messaging platform and promotional materials.
- With Market Access and Patient Services, develop and implement access strategy and messaging aligned to the US launch plan.
- Optimize HCP engagement across personal and non-personal channels; refine marketing mix and channel selection with Omnichannel and CASA partners.
- Partner with Patient Marketing to maintain consistent brand identity and presence.
- Collaborate with Sales and Training to ensure pull-through into the field (launch messaging, tools, executional readiness).
- Day-to-day lead for HCP agency partners; direct, give feedback, and ensure accountability for marketing excellence, timelines, and output quality.
- Support launch readiness reporting, performance tracking, and risk identification; escalate issues and drive course correction.
- Collaborate with Global Commercial on positioning, messaging architecture, and brand campaign; provide US insights for global-to-local execution.
- Contribute to team development; coach Associate Directors and others while reinforcing execution standards.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- BS/BA required.
- 6β8+ years pharmaceutical experience; 5+ years in marketing.
- Prior HCP marketing experience (insight mining, message development, marketing analytics; executing within brand strategy).
- Launch brand leadership experience; pulmonology/rare disease experience a plus.
- Ability to plan and connect interrelated cross-functional activities; engage stakeholders to develop comprehensive launch plans.
- Experience translating scientific data into clear HCP messaging and promotional execution.
- People leadership experience; ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong matrix performance, organization, communication, and executive presence.
- Competencies: Strategic Brand Planning; Access & Reimbursement; Influencing/Negotiating; Market Analytics; Customer/Competitive Insights; Brand/Positioning Management; Decision-Making.
- Reports into Executive Director, HCP Marketing (Admilparant).
- Based in Princeton, NJ; up to 25% travel.
