Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Healthcare Providers
- Gather market insights on the current disease management landscape
- Manage the Speaker Bureau: identify speakers, engage and train HCP speakers, and create speaker bureau content
- Support HCP and patient congress engagements, including KOL interactions with Invivyd leadership
- Support and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Proactively interact with KOLs to validate and optimize brand strategies
- Collaborate on development of HCP and patient marketing materials to enable effective engagement
- Collaborate with local/regional advocacy groups to develop and coordinate community engagement webinars
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales (or with a focus on institutional customers)
- Field marketing or HCP marketing experience
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically institutional accounts
- Experience in hematology, transplant, rheumatology, and infectious disease (preferred)
- Proven track record managing KOLs and complex accounts
- Proven record meeting/exceeding business KPIs
- Analytical mindset to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights
- Experience with Veeva and CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel up to ~75% as required
Pay/Incentives:
- $184,000 - $245,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
