Director, Thought Leader Engagement (H&N) - West

Role: The Director/Associate Director of Thought Leader Engagement in Head & Neck Oncology is responsible for developing and executing strategic engagement plans with KOLs and medical experts to support the pre-launch and potential launch of petosemtamab. Responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, leading thought leader activities at scientific events, managing speaker bureaus, and generating insights to inform brand and launch strategies. The role emphasizes delivering a seamless, strategic customer experience across functions and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years (AD) or 10+ years (D) in pharma/biotech, with significant oncology experience, proven track record of engaging with KOLs, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PharmD), direct experience in Head & Neck Oncology, and oncology product launch expertise. High-Value: Oncology, Head & Neck, immuno-oncology, KOL engagement, pre-launch/launch phase, cross-functional leadership, and experience in high-growth biotech environments. Travel requirement: approximately 50-60%, including overnight stays for conferences and meetings.
