Role: The Director/Associate Director of Thought Leader Engagement in Head & Neck Oncology leads strategic external engagement with KOLs, Medical Experts, and influencers in the US to support the potential launch of petosemtamab. Objectives include building relationships, gathering insights, and shaping brand and launch strategies through scientific and clinical stakeholder interactions. Responsibilities encompass developing engagement strategies, managing KOL relationships, coordinating congress activities, recruiting and training speakers, and ensuring a seamless, strategic customer experience across cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years (AD) or 10+ years (D) in pharma/biotech, with significant oncology experience, demonstrated relationship-building with senior medical stakeholders, and understanding of oncology commercialization, especially Head & Neck Oncology. Skills include strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and knowledge of regulatory/compliance standards. Preferred: Advanced degrees (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MBA), established Head & Neck Oncology KOL networks, oncology product launch experience, and familiarity with multidisciplinary treatment pathways. The role involves ~50-60% travel, primarily within the US, supporting a high-growth biotechnology environment focused on innovative antibody therapies. The position reports to the Head of Thought Leader Engagement and collaborates across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access. It aims to foster a differentiated customer experience and strategic insights to inform launch success.
