Role: The Director/Associate Director of Thought Leader Engagement for Head & Neck Oncology focuses on developing and executing strategic engagement plans with key opinion leaders and medical experts in the U.S. to support the potential launch of petosemtamab. Responsibilities include building relationships with national and regional KOLs, monitoring clinical and market trends, leading engagement activities at scientific congresses, and managing speaker bureau programs. The role aims to deliver a seamless, strategic customer experience through cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access, informing brand strategy and launch readiness through insights gathered from external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years (AD) or 10+ years (D) experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, with significant oncology expertise and proven KOL relationship-building skills. Preferred: Advanced degrees (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MBA), direct Head & Neck Oncology experience, oncology product launch background, and established KOL networks. High-Value: Focus on Head & Neck Oncology, pre-launch or launch phase, field-based engagement, and ability to travel approximately 50–60%. The role reports to the Head of Thought Leader Engagement and is based in the U.S., emphasizing strategic stakeholder engagement and cross-functional teamwork within a biotech innovation environment.
