Director Third Party Risk Management

Role: Director of Third Party Risk Management overseeing enterprise third-party risk within Regeneron's Risk organization. Responsibilities: execute regional oversight of supplier risk activities, manage the full lifecycle of third-party risks, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IP, Security); support global governance with insights and reporting; drive automation and AI integration to improve risk processes; act as regional risk advisor. Requirements: bachelor's degree, 12+ years in TPRM within regulated industries like pharma/biotech, previous people management, experience with risk monitoring platforms, automation, and AI tools; ability to collaborate across functions. Preferred: advanced degree or professional certifications in risk or compliance, familiarity with TPRM technology platforms. High-Value: extensive experience in third-party risk management in a biopharma context, regional oversight, technology-enabled risk processes, and cross-functional partnership. WorkSetup: on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY, with a schedule of M-F 8am-4:30pm.
