Key Responsibilities:
- Bring external benchmarking, analysis, and judgment to support the TA Strategy Head in developing a holistic CRM therapeutic area strategy for sustainable growth (short, mid, long-term).
- Apply deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and CRM disease/therapeutic area to derive differentiated competitive advantages.
- Provide key commercial insights to R&D project teams, especially for early-phase programs (US in-market experience critical).
- Analyze reports and publications to extract key messages, including building product forecasts.
- Develop and deliver TA-specific external strategic insights to identify growth opportunities, emerging competitive challenges, and third-party views on key strategic levers; commission targeted primary research.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, or other) and/or equivalent life science/healthcare experience; MBA/consulting or equivalent experience highly preferred.
- In-depth CRM TA knowledge (or proven track record to acquire it effectively and rapidly).
- Highly agile; able to support multiple strategic DAs and internal/external programs.
- Substantial experience evaluating new product opportunities via M&A, BD&L, and internal research programs.
- 5–7+ years in industry pharma and/or medical devices across R&D and/or commercial functions, including conducting/commissioning/analyzing primary research.
- Experience in strategy development and asset shaping early in lifecycle.
- Recent (post-2015) local US in-market experience working with US customers and US healthcare systems.

Benefits & Rewards:
- Salary expected between $176,400 and $327,600/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits package and time off.
