Director, Theranostics Adoption & Enablement

Role: The Director, Theranostics Adoption & Enablement leads the national field-based Theranostics Specialist team to support the commercial rollout and adoption of Telix’s radiopharmaceutical products, particularly in prostate cancer imaging. Responsibilities include developing and executing team strategy, overseeing site onboarding, optimizing imaging workflows, and ensuring compliant customer education and engagement. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and Compliance teams to align field activities with commercial goals, support product launches, and gather market insights. The director also manages training frameworks, maintains high standards of regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in site support and customer experience. Qualifications required include a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in nuclear medicine, radiologic sciences, or healthcare), 8+ years’ experience in nuclear medicine, PET/CT imaging, or radiopharmaceuticals, with at least 5 years in leadership or field support roles. Experience with advanced oncologic PET/CT imaging, prostate cancer imaging, and radiopharmaceuticals is essential. The position emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, technical expertise, and regulatory knowledge, with a focus on results-driven and collaborative approaches. The work environment supports hybrid or remote arrangements, with an expectation of cross-regional travel as needed. The role is critical for ensuring the successful implementation of Telix’s precision medicine offerings in oncology and rare diseases.
