Operations
Role: Lead technical CMC project management for late-stage development through commercialization and lifecycle management of small molecule, oral solid dosage drugs targeting chronic diseases. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and financial tracking; facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment across global internal teams and CDMOs; develop integrated project plans covering drug substance, drug product, analytical, regulatory, quality, and supply chain activities; establish best practices for project management within Tech Ops. Requirements: B.S. in Chemistry, Engineering, or related; 12+ years in pharma/biotech CMC functions; 5+ years supporting late-stage development and commercial launch; deep knowledge of small molecule and oral dosage development, manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain; proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and financial planning tools; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
