Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY. Onsite requirements: 4 days/week.

Discover Your Role (Responsibilities):
- Set enterprise vision/strategy for career development (early pipelines, talent acceleration, long-term internal development).
- Own the company-wide, global talent review process; build/manage talent review data infrastructure; translate trends into insights (leadership gaps, skill needs, succession risks).
- Lead/continuously improve enterprise onboarding and assimilation programs.
- Build and continuously elevate the early career program.
- Partner with business leaders/managers to create stretch assignments and development pathways; design IDP tools and accountability.
- Champion internal mobility (systems/frameworks enabling lateral/vertical growth; make opportunities visible via partnerships/technology).
- Measure program effectiveness (talent movement, development outcomes, workforce trends) and present insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with HR COEs/stakeholders to diagnose gaps and maintain feedback loops.
- Define and operationalize an enterprise skills framework.

This Role Requires (Qualifications/Skills):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (HR/Business/Org Dev or related); Masterโ€™s or cert (SHRM-SCP, ATD, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years in talent management/career development/org effectiveness; 5+ years leading people or enterprise-wide programs in a complex global org.
- Experience leading a Talent Management team.
- Proven success designing/scaling career development & talent programs with measurable outcomes.
- Deep HR/talent framework knowledge; connect people strategy to business strategy.
- Strong communication/executive presence; stakeholder influence.
- Strong analytics using talent data/workforce trends.
- Agile with ambiguity; strategic + hands-on.
- Workday Talent Optimization experience; Workday Career Hub strongly preferred.

Compensation:
- Salary Range (annually): $183,100.00 - $305,200.00
