Director, Talent Acquisition Innovation

Responsibilities
- Lead design/execution of a multi-year Talent Acquisition transformation roadmap (process redesign, operating model evolution, technology modernization).
- Prioritize improvements in recruiter effectiveness, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, time-to-fill, and NPS.
- Drive alignment with enterprise HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational goals.
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans for adoption of new tools/processes.
- Govern TA technology stack modernization (including tech consolidation and AI-powered enhancements).
- Define and govern TA analytics frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, reporting cadences).
- Redesign and standardize end-to-end recruiting processes globally (consistency, compliance, scalability).
- Partner with TA Operations/HR COEs/vendors to build an efficient delivery model.
- Define quality standards for interviews, selection, and offers aligned with legal/regulatory requirements.
- Lead multiple transformation teams; build capability via competency frameworks, training programs, and career pathways.

Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years Talent Acquisition; 4+ years in transformation/strategy/operations leadership.
- Experience leading large-scale TA transformation/organizational change.
- Deep recruiting tech knowledge (ATS/CRM/AI sourcing); Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
- Strong analytics using TA data/metrics to drive decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent executive communication/presentation.

Preferred
- Biopharmaceutical/life sciences/highly regulated industry experience.
- Global/multi-regional TA operating model exposure.
- SHRM-SCP/SPHR or PMP; Agile (Lean/Six Sigma).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- $176,550–$213,931 (Princeton, NJ, US). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
