About The Role
- Report to the Chief Human Resources Officer; lead global talent acquisition for ANI.
- Hybrid: onsite at the Princeton, NJ office at least 3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities
- Own global talent acquisition strategy; translate business priorities into a scalable hiring roadmap.
- Partner with executives/HR to forecast talent needs, build pipelines for critical roles, and guide workforce planning.
- Elevate employer brand and candidate experience across functions and geographies.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team; set goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring priorities, role requirements, and selection criteria.
- Oversee full recruiting lifecycle (intake, sourcing, offer acceptance, onboarding) with an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build structured, scalable recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Ensure compliant, equitable, and cost-effective hiring practices.
- Select, manage, and evaluate third-party recruiting partners.
- Use modern sourcing tools; guide adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Use analytics to optimize workflows, channels, and sourcing strategies; report key TA metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years full-cycle recruiting; 5+ years in leadership roles (preferably pharma/biotech); 5+ years sales recruiting.
- Experience hiring for rare disease sales roles (required).
- Hands-on HR systems experience (ATS and recruiting software); Oracle preferred.
- Familiarity with emerging AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills; strong problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, analytical skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, partners, and candidates.
- Strong process orientation with an outcomes/continuous improvement mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $180,000–$210,000 (exact based on factors including experience/skills/education/location).
- Eligible for competitive short- and long-term incentive program.
