Director, Supply Chain Management

Role: Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for vaccine or biologics products within the Value Chain Management (VCM) function, focusing on design, global filing, launch, risk management, and lifecycle planning. Responsibilities: oversee cross-functional teams (SCWG/VCMT), develop multi-year product strategies, manage supply chain design, global launch strategies, demand-capacity planning, cost projections, and product lifecycle activities; lead risk mitigation, regulatory filings, and post-approval technical changes; collaborate with development, commercial, and global teams, and represent the brand with senior stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management; 10+ years’ experience in biologics/vaccine operations, technology, quality, or supply chain; proven leadership in cross-functional teams; deep knowledge of manufacturing, regulatory strategies, product lifecycle, and GxP standards. Preferred: Master’s degree with 8+ years’ relevant experience. High-Value: large molecule biologics/vaccines, global product launch, lifecycle management, risk mitigation, cross-functional leadership, and network strategy. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel.
