Director, Supply Chain Management

Role: Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for vaccines within the Value Chain Management organization, focusing on product supply design, global filing, launch planning, demand-capacity alignment, risk management, and lifecycle strategy. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams (SCWG/VCMT), developing multi-year supply plans, managing post-approval product improvements, and coordinating with global stakeholders on supply disruptions and network strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain; 10+ years of experience in biologics/vaccine operations, technology, quality, or supply chain; proven leadership in complex, cross-functional environments; deep understanding of manufacturing, regulatory, and lifecycle management for biologics. Preferred: Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience. High-Value: Large molecule (biologics/vaccine) expertise, leadership in global supply chain design, lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration within vaccine or biologics development and manufacturing. Work setup: Hybrid with approximately 10% travel.
