Director, Strategy Planning & Operations

Role: Director of Strategy & Planning within Regeneron's Program & Portfolio Management, supporting global development initiatives. Objectives: lead strategic initiatives, resource and financial planning, and cross-functional alignment to advance enterprise goals. Responsibilities: partner with senior leadership to govern and deliver on strategic priorities, track global projects, facilitate goal-setting and KPI dashboards, oversee budget and resource planning, and lead SLT/ELT meetings. Requirements: BS degree (advanced preferred), 12+ years in pharmaceutical industry, strong understanding of drug development, program/portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration, with proficiency in MS tools.
