Director, Strategy Engagement Lead

Role: Lead US Business Strategy engagements within the commercial enterprise, translating strategic pillars into actionable projects, stakeholder alignment, and decision-ready recommendations. Responsibilities: develop strategic frameworks, synthesize market and internal inputs into clear strategic choices, coordinate functional plans with enterprise priorities, prepare senior-level recommendations, and coach team members to meet executive standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master’s or MBA preferred), 8+ years in consulting, corporate or commercial strategy, or healthcare/pharma sectors; proven experience managing complex strategic projects with senior stakeholders, strong analytical and influence skills.
