Reporting into the ED, US Business Strategy Lead, the Director, US Strategy Engagement Lead leads day-to-day US Business Strategy engagements by translating the pillar lead’s agenda into structured projects, aligned stakeholders, decision-ready recommendations, and execution handoffs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of strategic framing, issue trees, hypotheses, opportunity sizing, and US commercial enterprise strategy narratives.
- Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test whether functional plans ladder to US commercial enterprise priorities.
- Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs into clear strategic choices.
- Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives.
- Coach AD and Manager resources; ensure analyses, narratives, and stakeholder processes meet executive quality standards.

Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Preferred: Master of Science and/or MBA.
- Experience: 8+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, strategic operations, transformation, or relevant pharma/healthcare.
- Ability to lead 1–2 complex strategy engagements concurrently with senior stakeholders and ambiguous scope.
- Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving, facilitation, storylining, analytical synthesis, and influence without authority.

Desirable Requirements:
- Top-tier consulting/corporate/commercial strategy and project leadership/transformation experience.
- Experience converting recommendations into roadmaps, owners, KPIs, and governance handoffs.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Expected salary range: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on level; US comprehensive benefits and time off package.
