Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year Data Management transformation strategy (agentic-first, AI enablement, scalable operational excellence).
- Translate strategy into execution with measurable outcomes; drive governance/KPIs/decision forums.
- Lead enterprise-wide end-to-end change initiatives; embed change management, value realization, and ROI tracking.
- Standardize and scale process improvements; champion continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end financial planning/reporting: budgeting, vendor spend optimization, risk mitigation; manage resourcing/trade-offs.
- Establish performance frameworks/KPIs/governance; anticipate/escalate/resolve risks/issues.
- Lead multi-team projects for process optimization, change management, and communications; pilot and scale innovations (AI/data solutions).
- Represent DQS in key meetings/steering forums; communicate strategies to diverse audiences; author leadership/change communications.
- Build cross-functional alignment; supervise/mentor team; partner with HR and leadership on talent planning.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Advanced degree in Business Management/Life Sciences/Data Science/CS/Statistics/Programming or related (MBA/MS/PhD/PharmD preferred).
- 8+ years in pharma/regulated environment (data management/science/analytics/programming/statistics).
- Strongly preferred: management/strategy consulting or advisory role.
- 1–3+ years people management; proven program leadership.
- Analytics platforms, Microsoft, SharePoint; preference for AI/automation.
- Strategic influence, relationship building, exceptional communication.
