Director, Strategic Pricing & Planning- Pricing Strategy

Role: Director of Strategic Pricing & Planning (Management Path) at Alcon, leading global value-based pricing strategies for Surgical and Vision Care portfolios. Responsibilities: define and evolve pricing frameworks, develop portfolio-level strategies, align with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, HEOR, Finance), and integrate pricing into product lifecycle stages.
