Responsibilities:
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning and alignment; maintain strategy artifacts (goals, cascaded objectives, roles, decision rights, ways of working).
- Establish/manage the enterprise operating rhythm (planning cycles, business reviews, strategic forums) to enable evidence-based decisions and follow-through.
- Define enterprise KPIs and performance indicators; maintain scorecards; synthesize performance trends and variance into leadership insights; integrate resourcing/capacity into prioritization.
- Coordinate executive reviews and strategic forums; develop strategy narratives and organization-wide communication.
- Scan external trends and translate signals into strategic implications and internal actions; identify capability gaps; partner with L&D, Tech Training, and HRBPs to build strategy-aligned skills.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management frameworks (repositories, playbooks, insight archives); use engagement/sentiment data to support alignment and change readiness.
- Create executive presentations and alignment tools to clearly communicate complex strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or related field; Master’s preferred (MBA or Organizational Leadership).
- 12+ years’ experience in strategy, enterprise operating model design, or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience designing and running enterprise planning/review rhythms and operating model frameworks; strong cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to influence/facilitate senior leaders; exceptional executive communication/presentation skills.
- Data fluency with KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Organizational capability building and change management (shifting mindsets/skills/behaviors) preferred.
- Required: experience in global, complex, matrixed organizations; manufacturing/operations/life sciences plus.
