Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of Strategic Account Liaisons (6–8) to activate treatment sites, build operational care pathways, and infusion capabilities to ensure pull-through and administration of Intellia therapies.
- Set goals, performance metrics, and development plans; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and drive treatment site enablement strategy aligned with Sales, Medical, Patient Services, Marketing, Commercial Ops, and Market Access.
- Develop roadmaps for treatment center activation, operational excellence, and scalability; act as internal thought leader/advocate.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless treatment center activation and ongoing support.
- Oversee standardized processes for treatment center profiling, qualification, and training; monitor KPIs (turnaround time, compliance, capacity utilization) and ensure regulatory/quality adherence.
- Build relationships with treatment center leadership (C-suite, P&T committee, pharmacy, revenue cycle); serve as escalation point for partnerships and long-term planning; represent at industry forums.

Qualifications (About You)
- Cross-functional leadership to establish new functions/capabilities; manage budgets/resourcing.
- Experience leading site activation in cell and gene therapy; ability to engage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex health systems.
- Strong stakeholder management (health systems, IDNs, hospitals) and matrix influence.
- Experience launching/scaling high-cost buy-and-bill, HCP-administered therapies; ideally one-time therapies.
- 10+ years in biotech/pharma/health systems; 3–5+ years in leadership.
- Bachelor’s in life sciences/business/healthcare administration (advanced degree a plus).
- Project management and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
